Chandrapore was established by Mr. J. G and F. M. Hamilton, who were recognized as leaders in plantation work in the erstwhile State of Mysore. This estate has a history dating back to 1863, which makes it the oldest of all our estates. Like the coffees from the Kumergode Estates, the ones from Chandrapore are medium-bodied, and have notes of chocolate and caramel.
